Dude, you made that? follows the cooking adventures of two hungry millennials.

Following his 2014 victory in the scholar’s warzone known as college, Michael Choe took his English degree to Busan, South Korea, where he taught for two years. Now, having endured oceans of soju and mountains of samgyupsal pork belly, Michael is back in Hawaii and ready to commit to his newfound passion in marketing.  Kai Kojimoto is the definition of a mixed plate: He’s half-Japanese, half-Italian, full-on local, and he studied at Korea’s top-ranked Seoul National University. He loves being on both sides of the camera and with a recently acquired Communications degree under his belt, Kai is ready to take on the digital world of content creation.  SPICY RAMYUN CARBONARA What you need:  2 packs of 불닭볶음면 (spicy ramyun or ramen noodles) 1 pack of shabu shabu pork or bacon, to taste 1 8-ounce package of shredded parmesan cheese 2 cups of milk  What to do: 
  1. Put olive oil in the pan
  2. Fry pork or bacon on medium high heat
  3. When meat is cooked, pour milk into the pan
  4. Lower heat to low and add half the bag of cheese
  5. In a separate pot, boil water
  6. Cook two packs of ramyun noodles (save packets of sauce and seasoning for later)
  7. When noodles are cooked, strain
  8. Add ramyun sauce to pan
  9. Add noodles to pan
  10. Add the rest of the cheese
  11. Mix on low heat until noodles are thoroughly covered in sauce
  12. Sprinkle seasoning packet on top
  13. Eat!
